Terms of Use

Effective 15 October 2026

TrueTen is licensed to you under Apple's standard licence agreement for apps from the App Store: Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your use of the app.

Subscriptions

TrueTen Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may start with a free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Safety: coaching, not medical advice

Warm up first. Stop any drill that causes pain. Coaching information, not medical advice.

TrueTen measures your swing from video and suggests practice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any injury or medical condition. Practise within your own limits, and check with a doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you have an injury, a health condition or any doubt about whether golf practice is safe for you. You are responsible for your own safety and for the space around you when you swing. Ratings and measurements come with margins of error and are estimates from a phone camera, not a laboratory.

Limitation of liability

TrueTen is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Arsames Eftekhari, the developer, is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from following its ratings, drills or practice plans, and the developer's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Apple's licence agreement above contains further limitations.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under consumer law where you live (for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, the Australian Consumer Law, or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in New Zealand).
